I have to pick a MEME that has a price tag on it!! I truly don't know of anything I want in my life that has a price tag on it. I have 7 great happy healthy children. And 3 happy great grandbabies. My home is OK my huband is loving and hardworking. My business is great (when it picks back up).

The world can be such a loving wonderful place if we just give more love!!

But if I could ask Santa for something for me........I want .....well hum......I want......

Santa I want a BIG BEAUTIFUL HOUSE!! That's what I really want!!! I have been good really good Santa, PLEASE know my heart and hear my Christmas Dream!!

The U.S. Army has approved activation of a continental U.S.-based theater signal command, to be headquartered at Fort Gordon.

The 7th Signal Command (Theater) will have its headquarters element at Fort Gordon, and will have signal brigades stationed on the east and west coasts. The ribboncutting for the Fort Gordon Headquarters in Building 21715, will be 10:30 a.m. Oct. 23.

The formal activation ceremony will be held in February 2009.

Brig. Gen. Jennifer Napper, 7th Sig. Cmd. (Theater) commander will be the third general officer commander at Fort Gordon. Currently, the commanders of the U.S. Army Signal Center and the Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center are one-star generals.

Napper comes to Fort Gordon from the Defense Information Systems Agency in the Pentagon, where she served as deputy director of Joint Task Force-Global Network Operations, directing the operation and defense of the Global Information Grid.

The 93rd Signal Brigade, which was activated at Fort Gordon in 1998 and inactivated in 2007, will be activated again at Fort Eustis, Va.

The second signal brigade to be activated as part of the 7th Signal Command is the 106th Signal Brigade, to be located at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

The two brigades will be activated in phases, with a planned full operational capability by 2010.

By 2010, the 7th Signal Command Headquarters at Fort Gordon will have a full staff of 171 civilians and 68 military. The employees will be computer network defense, personnel, supply and other specialties.

The mission of the 7th is to operate and defend the Continental U.S. portion of the Army's global computer network, called LandWarNet.

The command will assure total global network access for all Signal Soldiers from the combat units deployed around the world and those on desktop computers to the White House Communications Agency.

I Decided TODAY WAS MY DAY!!

I woke up saying Thanks YOU for the GOOD bad and ugly.

Today I will do what I have procrastinated at.

Today I will answer every phone call and not leave it till later!

Today I will be kinder to those that I love!

Today I will.....Not take it personally that I can't help you buy the house you want to steal.

Today I will help you understand that this is REAL and it's called REAL ESTATE.. everything in writing...Everything according to the ethics and laws that I LIVE by and am governed by!

Today I did the majority of these things....

Tomorrow I will do them ALL..

BUT today was a really Great day!!

I did have a great day.. I lunched at the Cajun Gourmet, I visited Pineland Bakery, and the spent a couple of hours at Cross Ridge Ranch with the horses and beauty of the perfectly manicured land.

GREATEST History EVER to Happen in America

I remember as a child my parents waking me up in the middle of the night to see the GREATEST History ever to happen in America.

When we landed on the moon!!

Watching on a black and white TV I remember staring at it blurry eyed WONRERING what the big deal was!

Now I find myself telling my children the biggest History in the America is happening tonight!! There future is at stake!! The good part is I did not wake them from a dreamy state of sleep. Ironically though I could as they are enjoying watching the McCain/Obama election!!

I am very proud that my children understand the importance of the today's elections.

I may wake them in a few hours so they can see what my parents thought so very important to the GREATEST History ever to happen in America.

Augusta Georgia YMCA $1 days Sign Up In NOVEMBER

OK so I'm not the most physically fit person around. Everyone thinks I am because I'm tall and slender, but the truth is waking up in the morning has gotten to be very painful, and 2 Arthritis pills before I even get my first cup of coffee.

I love Yoga I was first introduced to it and the correct way of doing it, a year ago after trying to do it myself with a DVD. I love the whole atmosphere of it as well as the relaxation that I found practicing it. So it is my hope that the YMCA will help me get into a fitness stretching routine to help me strengthen my physical being, distress myself, and give my family and I a great place to be together.

The Augusta YMCA is celebrating 150 years and for everyone that join in November you get to join for $1 per day of the month it is instead of the normal $100.00. So today I joined my family for $1 sign up and the normal $65 monthly fee for a two adult family (to include 4 children). If you join on the 8^th of the month it is only $8 instead if $100, with the normal family fee, be it a 1 adult family $55 or 2 adult family $65.

My son Mason Needs YOUR Fundraising Ideas for Little Karis

I was so Proud of my son Mason Adams when he told me the story of little Karis DeLaigle.

You see he works with her mom Liz DeLaigle, and Karis is 9 months old. He has seen little Karis and for awhile wondered what the problem was, as her little eyes never focused or seemed normal to him. Our local paper The True Citizen did a front page story on Karis and her mom Liz explaining that Karis has Optic Nerve Hypoplasia.

My son instantly went into action. Taking the story to his business class teacher Mrs. Jones, asking how they can help raise the $75,000 that it will take for Karis to have the stem cell surgery she needs in China. She told him on a Class level they could help raise funds if Mason could come up with some easy and simple fundraisers for the Seniors at Burke County high School in that class to do.

So I got a letter in the mail today about the Christmas on Liberty Street, in December and there need for vendors. Voila. I love to cook!! And as a Non for Profit booth it is only $15. So I have volunteered my self and my talent, and hopefully my Broker Larry Miller of CENTURY 21 Larry Miller Realty will help with the expense of the food so I can Cook my Famous Chili and have Frito pie too.

Of course my son wants other ideas that they can use in his class to continue the Fundraising for little Karis's surgery. If you have any ideas in easy to do Fundraisers we would appreciate your ideas.

Caivers Number WHAT IS THIS AND WHERE DID IT COME FROM!!

I have a wonderful client that has had a bad Caivers number. His credit score is GREAT. He has rebuilt since his divorce ..We were told a year ago we needed to wait 1 year for his Caivers Number to clear that was to happen on October 15^th 2008, The day has come and gone. The number is still not clear

We then learn that It can take up to 90 days to be cleared..

My client Single DAD with a bad X-WIFE documentable!! Is still being punished for a BAD marriage.

His daughter was so ready to move she had her whole room PACKED.

I had tears in my eyes and I could not explain WHAT THE CAIVERS number IS!!

Please help me HELP these GREAT people!!

Waynesboro Georgia Burke County Market update for the last 6 weeks.

As you can see 5 homes have sold in Burke County.

There are currently 84 homes on the Market at this time.

None of these homes are in town. The closest to the city is Barrett Plantation.

The thing I found most interesting is that none of the homes sold were sold by Local Real Estate companies. Only 1 was listed by a local company.

As we can all see things are slow everywhere. The good news is that I do not believe this will continue after we get through the election and into the first of 2009.

Middle and, Highs school Games, be it girls softball or our ever famous Burke County Bear Football Team are the Heartbeat of our Community. They bring us out to celebrate our lives together and give us something to talk about tomorrow.

The Friday night Homecoming Game on 10/10/2008 is against the Richmond Hill Wildcats out of Savannah. We are pumped and we are going to win!

up on corn for a couple of weeks, then kill it and eat it.

The first step in this adventure was getting a deer. I figured that, since
they congregate at my cattle feeder and do not seem to have much fear of me
when we are there (a bold one will sometimes come right up and sniff at the
bags of feed while I am in the back of the truck not 4 feet away), it
should >not be difficult to rope one, get up to it and toss a bag over its head (to calm it down) then hog-tie it and transport it home.

I filled the cattle feeder then hid down at the end with my rope.

The cattle, having seen the roping thing before, stayed well back.
They were not having any of it.

After about 20 minutes, my deer showed up -- 3 of them. I picked out a
likely looking one, stepped out from the end of the feeder, and threw my
rope. The deer just stood there and stared at me.

I wrapped the rope around my waist and twisted the end so I would have a
good hold.

The deer still just stood and stared at me, but you could tell
it was mildly concerned about the whole rope situation.

I took a step towards it...took a step away. I put a little tension on the
rope and then received an education.

The first thing that I learned is that, while a deer may just stand there
looking at you funny while you rope it, they are spurred to action when you
start pulling on that rope.

That deer EXPLODED.

The second thing I learned is that pound for pound, a deer is a LOT
stronger than a cow or a colt. A cow or a colt in that weight range I could fight
down with a rope and with some dignity.

A deer-- no chance.

That thing ran and bucked and twisted and pulled. There was no controlling
it and certainly no getting close to it. As it jerked me off my feet and
started dragging me across the ground, it occurred to me that having a deer
on a rope was not nearly as good an idea as I had originally imagined.

The only upside is that they do not have as much stamina as many other
animals.

A brief 10 minutes later, it was tired and not nearly as quick to jerk me
off my feet and drag me when I managed to get up. It took me a few minutes
to realize this, since I was mostly blinded by the blood flowing out of the
big gash in my head. At that point, I had lost my taste for corn-fed
venison. I just wanted to get that devil creature off the end of that rope.

I figured if I just let it go with the rope hanging around its neck, it
would likely die slow and painfully somewhere. At the time, there was no
love at all between me and that deer. At that moment, I hated the thing,
and I would venture a guess that the feeling was mutual.

Despite the gash in my head and the several large knots where I had
cleverly arrested the deer's momentum by bracing my head against various large ocks as it dragged me across the ground, I could still think clearly enough to

recognize that there was a small chance that I shared some tiny amount of
responsibility for the situation we were in, so I didn't want the deer to
have to suffer a slow death, so I managed to get it lined back up in
between my truck and the feeder - a little trap I had set before hand...kind of
like a squeeze chute.

I got it to back in there and I started moving up so I could get my rope
back.

Did you know that deer bite? They do! I never in a million years would have
thought that a deer would bite somebody, so I was very surprised when I
reached up there to grab that rope and the deer grabbed hold of my wrist.

Now, when a deer bites you, it is not like being bit by a horse where they
just bite you and then let go. A deer bites you and shakes its
head --almost like a pit bull. They bite HARD and it hurts.

The proper thing to do when a deer bites you is probably to freeze and draw
back slowly. I tried screaming and shaking instead. My method was
ineffective. It seems like the deer was biting and shaking for several
minutes, but it was likely only several seconds.

I, being smarter than a deer (though you may be questioning that claim by
now), tricked it. While I kept it busy tearing the tendons out of my right
arm, I reached up with my left hand and pulled that rope loose. That was
when I got my final lesson in deer behavior for the day.

Deer will strike at you with their front feet. They rear right up on their
back feet and strike right about head and shoulder level, and their hooves
are surprisingly sharp. I learned a long time ago that, when an animal --
like a horse --strikes at you with their hooves and you can't get away
easily, the best thing to do is try to make a loud noise and make an
aggressive move towards the animal. This will usually cause them to back
down a bit so you can escape.

This was not a horse. This was a deer, so obviously, such trickery would
not work. In the course of a millisecond, I devised a different strategy. I
screamed like a woman and tried to turn and run.

The reason I had always been told NOT to try to turn and run from a horse
that paws at you is that there is a good chance that it will hit you in the
back of the head. Deer may not be so different from horses after all,
besides being twice as strong and 3 times as evil, because the second I
turned to run, it hit me right in the back of the head and knocked me down.

Now, when a deer paws at you and knocks you down, it does not immediately
leave. I suspect it does not recognize that the danger has passed. What
they do instead is paw your back and jump up and down on you while you are
laying there crying like a little girl and covering your head.

I finally managed to crawl under the truck and the deer went away.

So...................... now I know why when people go deer hunting they
bring a rifle with a scope........ to sort of even the odds.

Yesterday I was on my way home, almost there as I turned down my road. I was frustrated and absolutely drained. It had been a long fearful exasperating week. On Wednesday (my birthday) as I was enjoying my first cup of coffee I get a text from my daughter Happy Birthday Mom but a bomb just went off here at school, then my son starts texting me and it went on for a hour. Fear busy signal at school and then finally my kids got released and made it home safely. It was apparently to be a prank but it sent our 1400 kids and school in to a turmoil!! The rest of the day was Great.

Then Thursday and big problems with my Option to purchase contract. And a phone call and to numerous to mention emails about a 1.49K listing that I may soon have. I know that sounds great but its in a very depressed area and, they want me to reduce commission and market harder than I've ever done before. And the list just kept growing!! Another call from a woman who just put her momma in a Nursing Home and Had to sell.

And I still had Saturday to get through. All I wanted to do was go hid. I looked up at the sky and saw these beautiful clouds and thought of all of you here in the Clouds At Active Rain group!!

I smiled, stopped my car, took pictures and you know I really felt BETTER.

Thanks everybody!! And ya know Saturday turned out great and I get to relax tomorrow.

My clients that I helped steal opps I mean buy some land here in Waynesboro GA are finally here. At least the wife and kids, hubby won't be here for a few weeks yet. But he is down for the weekend helping her and the kids get set up. They bought 36 acres and the house won't be ready for about 6 more weeks so the bought a camper and a generator and are gona rough it on their land.

The weather has gotten chili so I am making a huge pot of chili and tomorrow my family and I will take it

to them and warm them and make them good and welcome. Its times like these that I so LOVE my job, when I can come up with great little surprises to give a feel good and a huge welcome to our little community.
