Thursday mornings I head off to the local Burke County jail to have a bible study with the women that are incarcerated. When I began I was going in with a friend, the Minister of the courts, when week 2 came around we were about to walk in and the guard so kindly told us that the Minister was not allowed in anymore due to a misunderstanding of what she had been asked to do by one of the judges. Now, it's not unusual for me to turn down a listing. It's just the market we are in.
REALTORS work on a commission basis. If we can't sell your home we don't make any money. It's that simple.
To list a home takes advertising money, gas and time. Maybe some REALTORS have a different situation, but I pay for all my advertising.
Gas is more expensive now...so I might not want to list a home that will require a lot of mileage to and from.
Time...I have plenty of that, but a REALTOR's time is just as valuable as an attorneys, doctors or anyone … (5 comments)

We are so excited here in Waynesboro Ga The infamous Burke County Bears are 3_ for our Football season.
The Waynesboro Ga Community is coming out in droves for tomorrows “Black Out Game”.
According the the Co Captain of the Cheerleaders the Spirit is High and the Community is Pumped.
