http://activerain.com/blogs/mwhite123 en-us http://activerain.com/blogsview/337566/mission-statement I believe that educating the client is the most important part of my job.  If doing nothing is in the client's best interest, than that is my recommendation to my client.  If the client does not qualify at application for what ever reason for a loan that helps them reach their goals, I try to help the client do what is necessary to get to the to that point.  I have worked with people who have had credit issues, resolve those issues, re-establish their credit, establish a budget and eventually buy their first home.  Buying a home and refinancing a home is a long term decision.  I try to do my best to get my client the absolute cheapest deal around but still with excellent service.  I appreciate the opportunity to help people however I can.
