If anyone has ever read the Sun Tzu "Art of War" you may have been astonished to know that centurys old battlefield philosophies are still being applied today, not only to military operations but corporate world as well. So in our quest for short sale truths and the path of least resistance, I have found some very interesting Sun Tzuisms that if nothing else were at least... interesting to read. Here is my latest enlightenment in my quest for the perfect Short Sale and team models. The below are REAL Sun Tzu quotes, Enjoy.
~Opportunities multiply as they are seized.
~It is essential to seek out agents who have come to conduct espionage against you and to bribe them to serve you. Give them instructions and care for them, thus double agents are recruited and used.
