Spruce up your market study with a NUDGE - 04/20/12 08:02 AM
During Raincamp yesterday, Chris Smith suggested during his presentation that we visit Facebook.com/InmanNext.  I'm not sure he intended for us to do it at that moment, but I did, and look what I found... A new tech toy that is sure to become a favorite of mine and my readers.
NUDGE
Nudge gives personality to a market study.  Take a look...

Compare this to my recent market report on Crofton and tell me which you would rather see if you were a local homeowner. I'm thinking maybe post a nudge, with a link to the table...  My only suggestion … (14 comments)

Crofton Real Estate Update for March 2012 - 04/16/12 06:30 AM
Real Estate Activity in Crofton MD for March 2012 was UP over last month (February 2012) and last year (March 2011), based on the units that settled.  Home owners who are thinking of selling will be encouraged by this news.  As you can see from this chart, closings nearly doubled! One of them has already closed, eight of them are firm contracts, and the remaining homes have a contingency. Listing prices for the homes that went under contract ranged from $375,000 – $1,290,000. Two of them were short sales.
Eleven new listings came on the market in March, and two … (0 comments)

I wonder if my mother had any idea that she was inspiring a future gardener when she sent me out into the yard as a small child to dig up dandelions.  At the time, this felt like such an important “big girl” job!  Decades later, I realize she was … (13 comments)
