repeat business: All Agents are NOT Alike - 12/03/08 09:23 PM

Just three months and one day ago, I posted They Love Me After All - and it Feels So Good! after taking a new listing. Today, we went to settlement.
To get the whole story, you can read the earlier post or, by way of brief background, the sellers were former clients who strayed from my fold for a while. They finally listed their home with me after 254 days on the market with a relative.

No matter how long you've been in this business, nothing touches you quite like the sound of a former client's voice saying "I want to list my home with you." It means they really were happy with your service... they know YOU made the difference... they do have confidence in you getting the job done in this market... they even like you! I had one of those calls yesterday, and I couldn't be more pleased.
