You have property to sell in Maryland, but it's not your "average" home. Let's say you own a luxury multi-million dollar estate, waterfront home, apartment complex, marina, working farm, or commercial building... perhaps even a church or school in Maryland... I'd say these all qualify as unique properties, wouldn't you? Selling a unique property requires the real estate services of someone with access to unique buyers. Frankly, you aren't likely to find them on the MLS or through print advertising, That's why I recently partnered with Ed White, the Broker-Owner of RE/MAX Vision, for selling unique properties. waterfront: A Sunday Tour of Anne Arundel County Waterfront Properties - 04/14/08 05:34 PM
Considering an Anne Arundel County waterfront home when you relocate to the D.C. area? Shady Side, where two of these homes are located, is just 30 miles from Andrews AFB and 35 miles from the White House. The third property is located in Churchton, a little closer to Andrews and D.C. It was chilly and overcast yesterday, but that didn't slow us down on our scheduled tour of waterfront properties. Using my camera, these homes and waterviews were snapped by my buyers, and I'm providing a very brief description of these three properties I showed them.
