It’s frustrating  not seeing  Buyers Buy in this Buyers Market. It’s like a Sale rack. You see people at this rack, you are drawn to it. You tell yourself it must be a good deal because other people are buying it. So you get one for yourself. You think you got a good deal. HA! Buyers are doing the same. This is the best time to buy but they don’t see other buyers buying because all those other buyers are waiting for other buyers to buy. Wait til’ the market changes again. Bidding wars, over paying  for house’s. Crazy!
