Whatever your niche is, make sure you're genuine!
It was too hard to pass on this one.  This businessman wants to make sure that you know that he sells the real thing, GENUINE fake watches!  I'm at a loss at what the oppostie might be, fake fake watches or maybe imitation fake watches.  That must be it.  Don't fall for an imitation fake watch, get a real genuine fake watch.

Let's face it, new home builders don't have Universal Design or wheelchair accessibility in their vocabulary. Among the many east valley lakefront communities is Lago Estancia in Gilbert. The location is ideal being halfway between the US60 to the north and the newer 202 freeway to the south.  One of the unique features of Lago Estancia compared to other Phoenix waterfront communities is the walking paths that follow the shoreline of the lakes.  This also reduces the number of boats along the lakes.  Many of the waterfront homes are separated from the lake by view fences enhancing the safety for young children.
