Rural Lake Community Near Phoenix and Casa Grande - 08/29/09 02:29 PM
Arizona City Waterfront Homes Paradise Lake in Arizona City The largest residential lake in Pinal county, Paradise Lake, can be found in a quiet rural neighborhood south of Casa Grande in Arizona City. The layout of the 48 acre lake maximizes the lake view of each waterfront home. Even in the narrowest parts of the lake, most waterfront homeowners enjoy at least 200 feet of waterfront view. Select lakefront lots can easily have waterfront views of over 600 ft behind them. That is some of the best if not the best in the Phoenix valley.
Wellington Estates Waterfront Homes- Chandler Custom Luxury Lake Community Homes It is hard to get exposure and achieve name recognition when there are only 20 homes in the entire subdivision. The smallest lot size is over 15,000 sq.ft. (1/3 acre) and the homes range in size from 2,900 to 4,900 square feet. Great location and great homes Each waterfont home in Wellington Estates has a gate that leads (0 comments)

The following luxury home links list waterfront homes above $500,000 in various parts of the valley.
East valley luxury lake community homes Chandler has more lake communities in the Phoenix valley than any other city or town. (0 comments)
Mesa's First Planned Community offers a great location. The beginnings of Dobson Ranch reach back to the early history of the east valley when it began as a cattle ranch and farming operation. Wilson Wesley Dobson emigrated from Canada to Arizona and began his cattle ranching and farming in 1886, which is 25 years before Roosevelt Dam was completed. He may have belonged to the Salt River Valley Water Users Association (SRVWUA) who pledged more than 200,000 acres of their land for the federal construction loan to build the dam. As many as 20,000 head of cattle roamed the land (0 comments)
I promise I was trying to act like I was having a balanced life. On vacation and not spending too much time answering the phone or checking e-mails. But as you know real estate sometimes just follows you around and won't let go. That happened in the local City Market Food Store in Breckenridge, CO. What a great place to go to escape the 110 degree Phoenix heat! What caught my attention was the article in The New York Times labeled, "Profit From Fees May Trump Plan to Modify (0 comments)
