WOW, This is exciting!!
Tonight, Mr. Jon Landau, One of Hollywood's  all time most successful film producers and new Keys resident is the featured speaker at tonight's Habitat for Humanity's Cocktail Benefit, co-sponsored by our firm American Caribbean Real Estate.
Mr. Landau is partners with uber film director James Cameron, and had won Academy Awards and Golden Globes for the Films Titanic and Avatar, two of the most successful films of all time.

I am sure that I am going to catch heat for this, as this blog stems from a comment I made on another blog.
I know that I am the minority here, but am I missing something???   I know that each market is different( I do not work foreclosures) ,and the established norms are different, but as real estate agents, our functions are all primarily the same.  I am curious as to how many of the folks that swear by lock boxes, especially electronic lockboxes,  have been in the business say more that 10 years or pre-boom.
