And the listing goes to .....the REALTOR® willing to put the highest price tag on the property?????? Time and time again I see the "honest, straight shooting" REALTOR® lose a listing to the guy who tells the homeowner that the home is worth far more than the current market will bear. As a listing agent, our duty lies in getting the most money possible for the homeowner. But does our duty not also lie in doing our due diligence and pricing the property at the RIGHT price... not just telling a homeowner that their home is worth far more than it … (7 comments)
