It seems that Investors think that they are limited to 10 properties on their credit and then they must seek alternative sources for money to grow in the real estate business. I work with mostly investors and have been able to get them above 10 mortgages. We have worked with many major banks to be able to structure the deals the way they want to get the approvals.
