Only the Northern and Southern Towers have Efficiency units; the Middle Tower does not.
The Northern Tower has efficiency units on both ends. The first two digits of a unit number denote the floor level and the last two digits denote the stack type. So, unit number 1001 would be the "01 stack" efficienty unit in the Northern Tower, located on the 10th floor (denoted on the right side of the picture below).
