Lawson Gardens in Pullman Washington ~ Early Spring - 04/16/10 08:03 PM
Today was an amazing day here in Pullman Washington. It is very early Spring, only the second week of April, and we had a wonderful unusually warm Spring day.  It was one of those days where you throw open the window to let that fresh air in and it just kind of lures you outside. I couldn't help but grab the camera and head to wonderful Lawson Gardens on Pioneer Hill here in Pullman.  The grass was vivid green and the early Spring flowers were just beginning to put on their show.  Here are some pictures I snapped and put into … (8 comments)

Kamiak Butte ~ My favorite hiking trail near Pullman Washington on the Palouse - 04/14/10 02:11 PM
Today is an absolutely beautiful day in Pullman Washington.  The skies are blue and temperature is a wonderful 58 degrees as we approach the noon hour.   Today I had a momentary break as I am waiting for some paperwork...it caused me to drift to another day just last year.  My family and I took a wonderful hike around Kamiak Butte for Mother's Day last year.   Kamiak Butte is just about 20 minutes north of Pullman and one of my favorite places to go.  There is wonderful hiking trail that makes a complete circle.  Beautiful trees line the way to … (3 comments)

A New Welcome Page For My Pullman Washington Real Estate Facebook Fan Page! - 04/08/10 11:54 PM
Facebook is certainly a great way to add exposure to your business!  And a fan page is a fantastic business tool.  But I got a wonderful surprise!  My son created this wonderful Welcome page for me that gives my fans an opportunity to explore my site!   Being the proud Mom I am, I just had to show it off to you.  This is just an iframe. Pullman Washington Open House ~ April 10, 2010 ~ 605 Polaris - 04/07/10 05:53 PM
Washington State Open House Weekend is April  10-11 2010.   According to the Washington Association of Realtors, over 5,000 houses will be open this weekend.  This is an important weekend, especially in view of the upcoming end of the tax credit.  In order to take advantage of the tax credit, you will need to be in a mutually accepted purchase and sale agreement by April 30, 2010.  That means you need to pick out your house and soon!  And you need to have a contract written and signed around by the end of the month.
