If you are looking for a great treat with no tricks this Halloween Season, you might want to head out to The Corn Maze on the Palouse right outside Pullman Washington. It is the only Corn Maze in the Pullman Washington and Moscow Idaho area..and is sure to please!

Many of my clients this year were first time home buyers who will be spending their first HALLOWEEN in their new homes. Living in a small town like Pullman, we do still have little ones accompanied by their parents who go out for trick or treating in their local neighborhoods. It looks like lots of rain all over the state of Washington this year which adds to the element of darkness.
Of course, safety is the name of the game for your visitors! Here is an easy idea to provide a safe and well lit walk. (7 comments)
Artesian Well in Downtown Pullman WA - 10/25/10 12:03 AM
As you can see in the picture, this is a replica of an artesian well located in downtown Pullman. It also goes on to say that Pullman had 20 such wells and that it was one of the reasons we were picked to host what is now Washington State University.

Clock Tower at WSU in Pullman Washington - Lori Cofer, Realtor® - 10/22/10 09:55 AM
Sometimes you have to stop and smell the roses. Today has been a hectic one. I had a out of town buyer in the morning, and I needed to go up the CUB to get some papers for an offer I am presenting for a buyer this afternoon during my lunch. I find that Real Estate, much like farming for which we are known for on the Palouse, is one that requires you to work when then the work is there. As the saying goes, you have to make hay while the sun is shining. Today as I was madly (6 comments)
College Hill Pullman WA Market Report Year to Date - 10/20/2010 - 10/21/10 06:43 PM
College Hill in Pullman Washington has both a real estate market for single family homes, condos and townhouses as well as investment properties as you can well imagine due to its proximity to Washington State University. This year we have seen more activity in the single family homes, condos and townhouses than in the Investment property side. I know that I have personally brought the buyers to two single family homes that are uniquely situated within walking distance to WSU but still maintaining a quiet neighborhood feel. In fact, I was recently invited to one new buyers home (3 comments)
Pullman WA Sellers and Home Owners Tips For Fall & Winter - 10/20/10 09:54 PM
Fire and Ice. That is the topic of todays blog to get your home ready for the Fall and Winter Months. Let's start with Fire, shall we? Because our winters in Pullman Washington are cold, lots of homes have fireplaces. I know mine does, and I love snuggling up in front of the fire. In fact, once I do, I have the dickens of the time breaking aways from it's mesmerizing warmth. But you need to remember that dangerous creosote builds up in a fireplace with use. So before those cold days set in, you should get that chimney cleaned. (10 comments)

Today's tip is really for both! Tip of the Day ~ Think Warm! With the thermometer dipping it is time to pay attention to the Heat in your house! Now is the time to change that furnace filter! Downtown Pullman Washington ~ In Her Fall Splendor! - 10/18/10 11:24 AM
The other day I came out of my office at Beasley and looked down Pullman's Main Street. It struck me how beautiful Pullman can be in the Fall. These trees were planted years ago and line our streets providing such a great small hometown feel. I walk under them all the time, but often don't stop to appreciate how beautiful they really are. I am usually in a hurry off to meet with a buyer or seller or heading home from work. But today...they just kind of jumped out and grabbed me demanding my attention. And I am glad (11 comments)

A Realtors® Typical Day...At Least For This Pullman Realtor®! - 10/17/10 07:22 PM
A Pullman Real Estate Realtor® is one of the many hats I wear everyday. My days typically start with studying the real estate markets both in my area in Pullman Washington and Moscow Idaho, but I also enjoy reading about markets around the country. If you know me well at all, you know I am a dedicated blogger andI enjoy reading blogs as well from Realtors all around our country.
Of course, the main part of my day is centered around my buyers and sellers. Top priority is always those buyers and sellers who need immediate (6 comments)
As we are in the middle of October, I thought it would be a great time to look at our Pullman Washington Real Estate Market this year thus far. As you can see, we have Sold 120 Single Family Homes in Pullman, with 106 still Actively on the Market, and 12 Homes still Pending.
This year I have seen many buyers take advantage of the low rates and great prices in our Pullman real estate market. Is the market for selling and buying homes in Pullman over for this? I don't think so. I know I am (3 comments)

Ice Cream + New Pullman Neighbors = A Great Homecoming! - 10/09/10 12:00 PM
Buying a Pullman Washington Home has its advantages. I have two new buyers who just recently settled into their new home. They live in a great College Hill Neighborhood. And I have always known it was a great neighborhood filled with working professionals, professors and staff at Washington State University. But last night I experienced first hand what a great neighborhood it really is! You see, my buyers invited me to their Ice Cream Social. I was running a bit late as Pullman is overflowing with Homecoming activities. Getting through the checkout lines and through down town took a bit longer (5 comments)
