      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cherry Creek&lt;/strong&gt; features an expansive collection of well-kept one- and two-story homes, peaceful winding roads and a wealth of beautiful oak trees. Like a quiet contradiction, Cherry Creek sounds and feels removed from the busy and vibrant city, but is actually within close proximity of shopping, employment, entertainment and highway access.&amp;nbsp; I love this community so much that I live here.&amp;nbsp; I watched this community for months before I bought my house.&amp;nbsp; When I found my perfect home I submitted an offer the day the house went on the market!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Location, location, location! An expansive community with numerous subdivisions, Cherry Creek is accessed by such major roadways as William Cannon, Manchaca, Stassney, and Brodie Lane, West Gate, MoPac and Interstate 35. The community also features several bus routes.&amp;nbsp; My favorite grocery store, Central Market, is just a few blocks away.&amp;nbsp; HEB (grocery store) is less than a mile away.&amp;nbsp; Barton Creek Square Mall is a quick 10 minute drive.&amp;nbsp; But you&amp;#39;d never know that when you&amp;#39;re walking in my neighborhood - the tree-lined streets are so peaceful and clean. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Nearby Garrison Park offers a serene family retreat and features picnic tables, barbecue grills, basketball court and children&amp;#39;s playscape set among shade trees.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cherry Creek homes range from approximately 1,300 to more than 2,500 square feet. Many were built in the 1970s while others are less than 3-years-old. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Prices range from about $150,000 to more than $220,000.
