It is not uncommon for Real Estate Professionals to work with homebuyers, who are reluctant to purchase homes where there is a Home Owners Association (HOA).   This group of buyers, have often head frightening stories of overbearing HOA associations, which are overly restrictive in their rules, plagued with lawsuits, or dysfunctional in some way.
