With only than 51% of REALTORS saying they actively use social networking sites, these seven secrets might help close the gap between the average real estate professional and the average consumer. It's a question of prospecting. How do real estate agents of today plan to prospect to their customers of tomorrow? Will it be with the tools of the past - telemarketing, postcards, newspapers - or the platforms of the present, most notably social networking? Via Karen Fiddler Broker/Realtor (Great Western Realty Group/eVantage Real Estate): I don't know about you, but I don't read the door drop fliers that land on my front door step. "Well, that depends" was my response. "I don't get paid directly for doing a Blog." "What?" as he looked at me with disbelief. "Then why do it." I first started Blogging as a way of gaining business. Then as a way of finding out information. Then friends developed and I blog many times to keep in touch with my friends. "Wouldn't it be easier to be on Face Book?" (1 comments)
Via Todd Clark (Broker) (503)524-9494 (Beaverton, Oregon Real Estate Expert) (All Brokers Real Estate):
As one of the top bloggers on Activerain and even before I was one of the top bloggers there is something that I’ve always used my blog for and that is to get my clients more services for a discounted price or free! How, do you ask? Simple, I use my leverage and Google juice to bring more clients to other people in my network.
One of the things the power of Activerain has always done for me is produced a lot of SEO and (0 comments)
