Saugatuck, Douglas, and Saugatuck Township Real Estate Sales Year to Date - 03/03/11 05:07 PM
 Guess what?  Just had my best February ever and my best month ever. 
Who would have thought this was possible with all the current real estate doom and gloom. 
Well, it happened.  I closed three sales in Feburary and and have two more pending. 
So I decided to see if it was just me or if the entire area is picking up. 
Here are the results year to date for 2009, 2010, and 2011.  It isn't just me.
In 2009, five sales were closed from January 1st through the end of February in Saugatuck, Douglas, and Saugatuck Township.
