Everyone is talking about social media this, social media that. Social media is great if its actually used and there is a system attached to keep you focused. Quick Social Media example. The AMAZING movie 2012. I say AMAZING because if you google it you will see that the mainstream media says its the BEST MOVIE EVER (or something like that,). I considered seeing this movie over the weekend, I checked google and found similiar reviews as above, In the past that would have been good enough, I would have gone to see it. That was the past. "For most of us, an average day is filled with phatic communication and we never even notice it. In fact, spending even 1 day without any form of phatic communication would probably seem very foreign and unnatural. Imagine spending an entire day without making small talk with your family, answering the telephone with the word 'hello', telling someone to have a nice day, or discussing the weather with a new client, especially here in Phoenix! Yes, there's a lot to learn. Yes, you will probably stumble and occasionally fall. Yes, you will get back up, and you will keep blogging. But if you just do it and do it and do it (2 comments)
What's that rumbleing you ask? If you live in California it may be an earthquake, anywhere else its likely to be the excitement or dissapointment (depending on your view) that the first time home buyer credit looks like it will be extended, (with a twist of course). if signed into law, it will now include a $6500 tax break for existing homeowners who want to sell and move up to a new home. To qualify they must have occupied their home 5 of the last 8 years......CONSECUTIVELY
