I had to repost this blog because David has said so brilliantly what I keep trying to get accross.  You must mail to your database of past clients, you MUST actually make the effort to keep a database of past client, you must market yourselves to make yourself familiar and you must have a plan for marketing and branding yourself on the Internet

I could still most likely find more leads and prospects than most simply because I know how to blog!  It usually isn't in my nature to come off as so "arrogant" or "blunt" for lack of a better term, but I often feel like I am beating my head against a wall when it comes to helping out my "friends in the real estate business".
