I had to repost this blog because David has said so brilliantly what I keep trying to get accross. You must mail to your database of past clients, you MUST actually make the effort to keep a database of past client, you must market yourselves to make yourself familiar and you must have a plan for marketing and branding yourself on the Internet We always tell our clients, why not let us do what we do (marketing) while you do what you do (sell real estate). We have postcard programs to keep you consistent, keep you familiar and help you create (1 comments)

The short sale real estate market doesn't appear to be ending anytime soon and we want to help you get those listings with a new line of postcards to let potential clients know they have options. Many people feel stuck right now and are just looking for someone to give them ideas and options. We hope these new marketing pieces serve your business and your budget well.
This particular design has been tested and had a very high response rate for a farm done in California. It was printed 5.5 X 8.5, and again had a very high response rate. (2 comments)

I could still most likely find more leads and prospects than most simply because I know how to blog! It usually isn't in my nature to come off as so "arrogant" or "blunt" for lack of a better term, but I often feel like I am beating my head against a wall when it comes to helping out my "friends in the real estate business".
