Today, i decided to try my hand at designing my own web site.
 
I love photography and where else should I practice with, but my favorite subjects....pictures.

I got a phone call from the listing agent and the seller almost at the same time....the buyers agent and the listing agent and the seller wanted to have a meeting about an offer.
 
The seller is my best friend and she wanted me their for support....the listing agent wanted me there to learn and learn I did.
 
I removed myself from them, but was close enough to listen to exactly how this is played out.
 
She specifically stated washer and dryer and frig NOT included in asking price....well the clients wanted it included and with a drastic … (1 comments)
