You are showing multiple listings.
I purchased a steno pad and on each page, I wrote the address, the price, square footage and things that were important to this clients.
And left the rest of the page blank.
I brought my iPhone with me and told the clients what we would be doing.
I would be showing them houses today and I want you to go to the page of the house and take a picture of it. Then I want you to take some pictures of the house I am showing you. I gave them a pen to write down … (2 comments)

Last week my clients came up from Florida to find their summer home in three days.
After consant emails back and forth with the listings we thought they might like, we got it down to 31 of them, most in the Manahawkin/Barnegat area.
But as we were search all the MLS listings, we came across the Pavilions in Brick Township and there were three homes that were for sale and on day one we went to visit after we visited the homes in Princeton Commons and one in Pt. Pleasant.
