Fort Collins had 54 new listings, one of them being land. There are 44 that are residential (detached) and the rest were condos, townhomes or duplexes. Prices range from $127,500 to $1,699,000. Pretty consistently is there about 44 (40) new listings each week in Loveland. Today there is some new construction. Both in the high $100,000 and now about $300,000 in Alford Meadows. No pictures though. And it is a build that I am not familiar with., so acutally we are closer to 40 new listings. The good news is that buyers are starting to buy. Foreclosure Friday - 12 new listings this week. There is talk about the number of foreclosures increasing. I believe that is true. Some banks are overwhelmed with the number of short sales that they are trying to process, that there could be a backlog of homes waiting to be foreclosed upon. In Larimer County, Colorado there were 14 new listings, 2 with no pictures at all, prices ranging from $197,000 to a lovely home with over 10,000 sq ft at $1,410,000.  I stayed a little longer on the last home to show you more pictures, as it is just lovely, on Cottonwood Shores in Fort Collins.  I can set up a search for you to be one of the first notified of all new lsitings in the price range and area(s) that you are interested in.  Just let me know you are interested and I will get it set up!

Windsor had 15 new listings this week. Ranging in price from $165,000 to $549,000. Some new construction. Most of the houses are less than $300,000. The 2 of the 3 higher priced houses are on 2 acres are more. If you are considering buying, now is a good time, rates are amazingly low, prices are low and more homes coming on the market for you to chose from. Larimer County had 12 new listings on 2 acres or more. Actually 11 as 1 listing was put into both IRES and METROLIST. Those of the mls systems for Nothern Colorado and Denver/Metro. They have different formats and one of the big differences is that METROLIST likes to shout OUT it's information. Not shout AT.
