Fort Collins had 41 new listings this week. I am wondering if people are listing their houses hoping to catch the next batch of students that start at CSU in January. Today, we go window shopping, looking at pictures of a listing priced at $1,250,000. It is located at The Hill at Cobb Lake. This is one of the better and nicer houses that we have viewed. There were 46 new listings in Fort Collins this week. Pretty Consistant. Down from th 60s that we saw in the summer time. The important thing to pay attention to, is that there are still properties that are coming on the market. With interest rates being so good and the rents that you can collect, it is a great time to buy no matter if it is for yourself to live in or to invest in as a rental. Now I did not get to look at all of the houses, so when I am looking for someone, I set them up on an automatic search to keep an eye out on homes for them. There are some short sales in this batch. Fort Collins has 54 new listiings this week. Everything from $99,.900 with no pictures to a really lovely home at $2,290,000. It is nice to see that kind of quaility. I have seen some $2,000,000 homes that just don't match up! There is a nice variety of homes on the market. Fort Collins had 45 new listings this week. Down from the 60 or so on an average basis from this summer. However, still up from what I saw in Loveland this past week. I am wondering if folks are thinking they need to list the house prior to the next term for college. However, a lot of these homes are not college kid homes. I had debated taking time off and getting away, but as it was, I showed one of my listings that is on 40 acres two times this weekend! Also helped a buyer with new construction.
