Short Sale in America - 10/16/07 03:40 PM
Most of you know that 80% of the listings in the MLS are short Sales/Foreclosures and or Pre-Foreclosures and the other 20% the prices have been slashed to the point of insanity.
To help those sellers that cannot sell their home for the what they owe or more and cannot refinance because of the decline in value and do not have the funds to pay the difference there is hope.  A lot of realtors and some lawyers thinks that the short sale is a bad thing and the bank will still come after the seller for the difference and there are tax … (5 comments)
