A grand child - 06/28/07 09:12 PM
Thanks for checking out my blog, it's right from the heart. I don't know if you have a grand child, perhaps expecting one, maybe yur best friend has one, maybe your sister or brother has one, but I am here to tell you that until you have your very own grand baby you will not understand the felling. It's warm, it's all about love, it brings tears to your eyes. I have heard from others how wonderful and terrific it is, but trust me, there are no words to describe the feeling. It's one of those life's experiences that only you know (3 comments)
Floor Time/Office Scheduling - 06/28/07 11:41 AM
Scheduled coverage at the office, Floor time, Up time, opportunity time, it's known as all of the above and probably even more! I have intentionally stayed away from the negative clitches! In a traditional Real Estate Brokerage a licensed real estate agent is usually at the office and available for walk-in and call-in leads. Although geared to present us with opportunities for our buyer clients, I was hoping to get information that could be used on listings. From the first day I started in real estate I have been focused on listings. I was fortunate that my team, the other 6 real estate agents at my round table, were also focused on listings! As each assignment was (2 comments)
A magnificent day on the east coast. - 06/21/07 07:08 PM
Many Century 21 sales associates joined each other in a summer celebration. We boarded a beautiful ship at Lincoln Harbor in WeeHawken, Nj this morning at 11:30 and set out on a tour of the New York and New Jersey waterfront. We went past many landmarks including the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the New York skyline, Pier 17 and Battery Park to mention a few. We had a delicious luncheon, great entertainment and the most exquisite weather one could ask for. A clear, cobalt blue sky with not one cloud. Planes and helicopters above and many other ships and boats (4 comments)
