On February 14, 2012 Arizona turns 100, and there's going to be a month long party! The last of the 48 states to be admitted to the union Arizona is one of the most biologically diverse states in the U.S. People who haven't visited or lived in Arizona believe it's one giant desert, (remember all the John Ford Westerns), but the truth is we are home to at least 10 different climate zones and 7 million people most of whom came from somewhere else. The 2012 Waste Management Phoenix Open, known as “The Greatest Show on Grass,” will be held at the TPC Scottsdale from January 30th to February 5th, 2012. The Waste Management Phoenix Open is the best-attended golf tournament in the world and has gained legendary status for being the most unique stop on the PGA TOUR.
