As a Realtor living and working in the Phoenix Metro Area I am often asked what parts of the Valley are selling well? All real estate markets are local. Local meaning specific neighborhoods, subdivisions or zip codes and most often that is the market data that I supply to my clients. However, sometimes it's beneficial to look at larger areas to identify trends that might not be so easily found in smaller samples. In this Market Report we're looking at Scottsdale, AZ.

If you're new to AR and been lurking in the background afraid to post because of what people might say or think... let me share a story.
Yesterday I was beginning work on my monthly series of market trend reports for the Phoenix Metro Area, something that isn't a lot of fun and so it sometimes gets put off until later in the day. High on our list of Pet Friendly Restaurants in Scottsdale is Terroir Wine Pub. Terroir has a constantly changing wine list and a casual, service oriented, atmosphere. The slogan "Fine Wines and Sublime Times" sort of says it all. Their customers are literally a cross section of Scottsdale.

What Is A Buyer’s Agent?
If you have signed a Buyers Broker Agreement you are that agent’s client, if not you are their customer. What’s the difference? An agent has a fiduciary responsibility,(a legal and ethical relationship of confidence and trust),to a client.
In some states both the real estate broker/agent who lists a property for the seller and the broker/agent who works with the buyer to purchase that property are paid by the seller and both have a fiduciary responsibility to the seller.
