My blogging colleague Lori in Tulsa has the right idea with this super post about preparing your home for sale.
What's happening in her market is being repeated right here in Southwestern Illinois. There is a lot of inventory on the market and buyers are being extremely picky about their next homes. They want it move in ready and they are not willing to look past any issues with bad carpet, bad wallpaper, etc.
