With deepest sympathy... Once again I have to console my Army buddies on their loss this weekend to the greatest Service Academy, the Navy. Ok, ok, we didn't win the Commander's Cup this year (first time in 8 years), but the fact that we are sponsoring an Air Force Cadet helps to ease the pain. Academy School District 20, Colorado Springs, Real Estate Market Report for November 2010 Sales increased in Academy School District 20 for the month of November over October though still low over the busy summer months and lower than November of last year. This difference can be accounted for with the tax credit that ended earlier this year. Average sales price dropped to $305,000, a 7% decrease over October.
