January is pretty much the same story in Peregrine as the other District 20 neighborhoods.  Only one sold property priced at $349,000.  Two new properties were added to the Peregrine market with four properties under contract.

Average and Median sales price are up 21% and 18% over November 2010 and both are up slightly from October. No big change in the Flying Horse real estate market for the month of November.  Actives, new listings, pendings, and sold properties remain about the same in Flying Horse from one year ago.  Average sales price and Median sales price declined 26% and 27% respectively.  No significant change from October.  Inventory in Flying Horse remains at about 11 months.

Cordera's market doesn't seem to fair as well as some of the other D20 neighborhoods. Compared to one year ago, the number of Actives, New Listings, Pendings and Solds remain about the same, but the Average and Median Sales price continue to decline slightly, 5.4% and 1.7% respectively.
