buying a home: Another Good Reason to Live in Colorado - The Nation's Fittest State - 03/11/13 06:34 PM
Another Good Reason to Live in Colorado - The Nation's Fittest State We moved to Colorado the summer of 2002 as a result of my assignment to help stand up US Northern Command at Peterson AFB. My husband graduated from CU Boulder and knew in his heart that we would eventually return to this great state. I knew the day we landed in Colorado Springs for our first house hunting trip in 2001 that this was our future retirement home. Renting vs. Owning - Why now is the time to buy in Colorado Springs! If you are currently renting in Colorado Springs, I challenge you to read my analysis on why you should consider buying your first home. Interest Rates: First of all, we are still seeing record low interest rates for mortgages. Now, some will tell you that banks aren't lending money for home purchases, but I have not seen this. Every "qualified" buyer I have worked with was able to receive funding for their loan. Now there may be an issue with some buyers whose credit prevents them from (0 comments)
