Financial analysists are also saying that the current interest rates that are hovering at or under 5% will probably not be around next year.
Add to this the fact that foreclosures and short sales take much longer to come to fruition and you will be "under the eight ball" if you want til Feb or March to start looking.

The downtown Lucas County Arena has opened to rave reviews! Last night the Toledo Walleye "caught" it's first win to a crowd of over 7000 people. Fans are excited about the new venue and the team's generating excitment.
Many Toledo folks including most of the Realtors from Remax Preferred Associates feel the arena is a spectacular addition to downtown Toledo and will fill the "lull" between Toledo Mud Hens baseball season months.
