Hi everyone! Here in Naperville, IL our City has it's own Fair Housing Advisory Commission. In addition to the assisting with Federal & State protection it serves to create local protection as well. Hi folks! Locally, the City of Naperville publishes a bi-monthly newsletter. They even go so far as to mail a copy to every household incorporated in the City. They also make it available online. We are fortunate that our City does so much like this for us. Perhaps that is just (0 comments)

Locally here in the Chicagoland area many communities (municipalities) charge a fee when real estate is either sold or even transferred. Usually the fee (a tax) is charged to one side of the transaction but there are some communities that charge both sides. And yes there are a few that don;t chrage (1 comments)
