The Florida Association just E-mailed out the 3rd quarter 2006 Florida Sales Report for existing condominiums and existing single family homes.  While existing condo sales are down in Naples 63% the prices of these condos have INCREASED 4% from the 3rd quarter of 2005.  Existing single family homes sales are down … (0 comments)
