The buyer agent relationship is an interesting one. As often as buyers can be frustrated with their real estate agent, the real estate agent can also become frustrated with their buyers. Where the aggravation can lie for the agent has to do with the lack of loyalty in which many buyers do not demonstrate, which is primarily due to the lack of understanding on the buyer's part. Many times agents do not explain the fiduciary relationship that they as an ethical real estate agent have with that buyer.
