You may not in any way: (1) Use Facebook's name, trademarks, trade names, copyrights, or any other Facebook intellectual property in the rules to or any other materials relating to the promotion;

For the most part. Third party advertisers can use the pictures you post on Facebook without your permission! I know I wouldn’t want my photos endorsing a product, person or behavior without my consent. Would you? Here’s the fine print: “Facebook occasionally pairs advertisements with relevant social actions from a user's friends to create Facebook Ads. Facebook Ads make advertisements more interesting and more tailored to you and your friends. These respect all privacy rules. You may opt out of appearing in your friends' Facebook Ads below.” So here’s where you find “BELOW”
