Jim and Kaye Biby, owners of Showhomes Jacksonville, emailed me these photos of a $1.65 Million dollar Ponte Vedra mansion that they staged with live-in home stagers. The home, which had been on the market for an extended period of time before staging, received two offers within one day of staging and closed in a staggering 3 weeks!
