It never cease to amaze me.  Staging provides a better sense of scale every time!  The rooms are not only more memorable, but they appear BIGGER as well!

Sold in 10 Days after Home Staging - 11/16/09 07:29 AM
This home reminds me a lot of one I recently staged.  Without furniture that living room looks like it's 5 x 8 at first glance, but clearly it is much larger once we see it furnished.  It looks very comfy and cozy - intimate without being cramped.  That isn't small scale furniture!  Best of all, skillful staging produced a quick sale!

Weird Spaces - 11/15/09 08:06 PM
What have I been doing?  Taking care of business - that's what!
Here is one of the staging jobs I recently completed.  Older houses that have been renovated are especially likely to have weird spaces that present challenges to stagers and force us to be really creative.  This project was fun for me and I am quite proud of the end result.

Wow - what a difference! Builder Biege is tough in today's market. Every home has similar, monochromatic colors and if buyers look at several homes, the rooms quickly run together.
