In most other brokerages they have desk fees. This means you can pay every month a charge...just for belonging to that office. With EXIT, there are NO DESK FEES! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With EXIT you pay a 70/30 commission split on any deals you do up to $100,000. What that means is if you have a month where you do a deal, the commission cheque gets split: 70% to you and 30% to the Brokerage. If you don't do a deal, there is nothing to pay. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The other great thing is EXIT rewards you for doing well. Once you earn $100,000.00 (approx 2-3 deals a month in our market), Your commission split goes to 90/10. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) The other real objection and major cause of fear is the competition. I am constantly told by people who would be amazing in real estate that they feel like they would be a small fish in a big pond. Other Realtors wouldn't want to help them, they would have to swim or sink on their own. Dog eat dog world. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With EXIT, everyone has a sponsor. Imagine, someone to help you right off the get-go! Remember that 70/30 split? Well out of that 30% that the brokerage gets, head office sends your sponsor 10%. So in reality, the commission split is 70% to you, 20% to the brokerage and 10% to your sponsor. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The best thing about this totally unique system is your sponsor has a vested interest in HELPING you! They want you to make a 6 figure income! Once you reach 6 figures ($100,000) you go on the 90/10 and you are capped. So each sponsor has the potential to earn $10,000 per person they help. And EVERYONE can sponsor! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) There isn't a retirement plan or any benefits in Real Estate. Wow, this is a big one. Being self -employed and having a family would put major pressure on someone without a retirement plan. With the EXIT 10-7-5 rule, this is totally covered! When you are an active agent you receive 10% of your sponsors income (up to $10,000), when you retire you will receive 7% of your sponsors income and upon your death, your beneficiary receives a 5% residual cheque of your sponsors. WOW. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If over the course of my career, I help 5 people come into Real estate.. that is $50,000. a year!       <description>&lt;p&gt;The other night (while at home), I was changing a few photos on one of our listings. My&amp;nbsp;6 year old&amp;nbsp;son said, &amp;quot;I helped you take pictures at that house&amp;quot;. I started to object, and then remembered that he went with me to the home a couple months ago. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I smiled, and then realized once again that I work TOO MUCH. Am I missing my children growing up?       <description>&lt;p&gt;I have been working with a younger couple to find them the right home for a few weeks. They have some credit challenges, but 20-30% down. We received a pre-approval, but with today&amp;#39;s sub-prime market, nothing is for sure.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We found the right home and wrote up an offer. The home has been on the market for a VERY long time and has not been shown much recently. We hand delivered the offer to the agent&amp;#39;s office and I left her a message so we could discuss it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img title=&quot;S. She could not understand why I was not available to take her call and said she would not present the offer!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I understand that she is busy and may have been a Realtor for longer than I have been alive, but I am busy also. I have three times as many personal listings and a team of Realtors to supervise. I called her back to discuss the offer. She said that unless she had an approval letter stating all conditions are met, she would not present the offer. I will not state the remainder of the call, but she did agree to present the offer immediately. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Since that time, I leave her messages. When she eventually returns my calls, she continues to leave me rude messages about me being hard to get in touch with and that I am making it hard for her to do business. I immediately return my calls, and have assistants who are there to answer questions. These assistants care about my clients as if they are their own &amp;amp; understand what is going on. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It is frustrating, because we all need to work together. I am frustrated because she is so rude. She refuses to deal with a licensed assistant. The deal is just beginning, but I already wish we could have found a different home. I wonder if her attitude contributes to the fact that the home has not been shown much! My client wants the home, so I will represent them the absolute best I can.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I only wish her clients understood the way she deals with those who are trying to sell this home!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

They interviewed me with plenty of questions about our company, the local market and my abilities. I live in this area and understand it well! It was a great experience and they seemed like knowledgeable buyers. We wrote up the offer while one of their daughters was there.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;She explained that she purchased a home about eighteen months ago and further explained the experience. They did not use a Realtor and the deal did not go smoothly. They own the home and enjoy living there, bit want to move closer to their parents. She asked me if I sold many homes in her neighborhood.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Instead of telling her that I had to attempt to get the listing, I said that I had only sold two in the area. Then I explained that we have a group of agents and one of our best lives close to her and knows all about the area. I said that if she gave us a chance, I would bring this Realtor along. After all, she knows the area and I know they would have much in common. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;She is not ready to sell, but I will be following up. Sure, I want to list plenty of homes, but one of my agents may be a little more knowledgeable about the area.
