We believe that the most important person to talk to if you are having trouble making your mortgage payments is an experienced and educated Realtor.
Notice that we qualified ourselves by saying experienced and educated.  In reality, the majority of agents are not experienced in working with homeowners experiencing financial distress.  The agents that DO have experience can give you valuable information on your options as a homeowner.
