Have you ever played a game and been so frustrated you wanted to just stand up and throw all the pieces off the board? I know I have. Especially when you are just learning the rules and your opponent is a veteran. It leaves you angry and frustrated because they have an unfair advantage.

The only knock I’ve ever had against the iPhone is that it is incompatible with our mobile mls system. Just about every time I’m out with buyers, we run across a home they’d like to see that we hadn’t planned on. Well, up until now, I would call my personal assistant (AKA my beautiful wife) and have her pull it up on the MLS on my home computer and give me the 411. Well not anymore. She had been practicing for weeks after finding out she was going to have her first solo at the Christmas Eve service at our church. Cigar anyone? Broker Bryant is the brand new father of a 70 inch 240 pound baby boy. I know…that’s a big baby! HAHA.  Can you imagine being a 52 year old man and having your water break?!! Then being told that you are a brand new daddy. Talk about having an “OH CRAP” moment!!!  Imagine having a baby with a beard who can beat you arm wrestling. More on that later.

Hi folks, while spending the afternoon at my Dad's house today we had an impromptu performance of Silent Night by my beautiful daughter Brittany.

Dad (Broker Bryant) just happened to have his camera with him and got her on tape. She is performing her first solo at church on Christmas Eve and has been practicing constantly.
It was good enough to bring TLW to tears, and at the 25 second mark Brittany is laughing because she brought her old Dad to tears as well. LOL.

Santa called me recently and told me that when his busy season winds down he is going to take a Florida vacation.
 
Santa wanted to see some vacation homes in Davenport Florida to use as vacation rentals for his elves during the summer months.
 
I asked, “There are thousands of Florida homes for sale, so why buy in Davenport Florida, Santa?” I think his answer will interest you. “Davenport Florida is close to all of Central Florida’s attractions without all the traffic. Could it be any better?”

I love the holiday season, especially now that I’m back home. This is my first Christmas at home in quite a while as I recently left the U.S. Marine Corps after serving almost 14 years.
 
There are so many fun attractions to see near your vacation home in Davenport, Florida during the holidays. There are always great attractions year round in central Florida but especially during the holidays.
