I recently had an international home buyer ask me if I could pay for their home inspection for them because they were having a hard time arranging payment from overseas. They have a US bank account, but apparently the zip code they used for the billing was incorrect so their bank card was not working correctly.

I saw a question on Zillow yesterday where a first time home buyer was asking whether it was a good idea to fire her real estate agent and find someone new.
