Bimini Bay in Davenport, FL was supposed to be a one of a kind vacation home community located near Disney World. The community was supposed to rival the likes of Regal Palms and other such vacation communities. However the reality is far from the dream unfortunately.Bimini Bay now stands in the middle of controversy and alleged mismanagement. The community has received some bad press of late as well. Have you ever tried to get in touch with one of these home owner’s associations only to find their info is nowhere to be found? I know I have, many times. I’ve decided to do something about that. I’ve been compiling a database of HOA info for about the last two years and I’m going to start putting their info out there for the masses to find. I’m hoping this makes someone’s life easier.
