Since my recent post "New Agent's Blues", I have received a lot of great advice on marketing, maintaining a positive attitude, the importance of perseverance and other needed to "stay in the game" so to speak. Most of the comments I received were helpful and I felt blessed to have found the AR network so early in my Real Estate career.
All the comments made me feel invigorated and renewed and returned me to my "I can do it" attitude.

Today my mission was to find the most effective way for generating leads.
I would love the inputs of seasoned agents, let me know how these activities worked out for you.
A good website, that with windows (An input option that pops up requesting contact info from a visitor)Post cads - other forms of Direct mailCraigslist1 -800 #'sIf none of these, please let me know what worked for you!!

As a new agent myself, it took less than two months to realize that Real Estate is actually a lot more work that I anticipated.
Before I became an Agent, I was oblivious of the constant hustle and bustle that was needed to stay in the game. I was unaware that to be successful in the industry you had to be an expert at marketing, networking and you had to constantly be looking for new opportunities to get your name and your services out there.
