I got this email from a prospect this morning, that always makes me happy, but on reading the email, something striked me as being odd,  he asked for my direct cell number.. Why would he need that...
uhmmm.. maybe he saw my beautiful smile and fell in love, is he psychotic

Since my last open house was a disaster ( My Open House) , I have been thinking of creative ways to get visitors to my open houses, and give my clients property more exposure and get some great marketing for myself.
Has anyone done anything along the lines of having a barbecue and an open house? Advertise it a neighborhood barbecue and an open house, you would need to get permission from the seller off course, but it's getting their property more exposure, right!!!

I have been an agent since earlier this year. And I have had many a many moments when I am on fire for real estate, and I feel discouraged sometimes when I don't see any of my clients trying to make an offer. This week two of my buyer clients lost their jobs in the space of two day, and then I have 3 clients that I am working with that has some credit/income issues. It can be frustrating.

The mortgage market has been taking some recent blows lately, and with that, it's becoming increasingly difficult to secure a mortgage loan with challenged credit.
