Do you play FARMVILLE? PONDVILLE? SEAVILLE? Any of those silly Facebook games? If so then you understand the importance of planting your seeds, plowing your fields, and harvesting your crops. The same mundane things you must do to grow your virtual farm you must do for your business. So here is my great idea for the week... GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!! Grab your sphere of influence. Call them. Take them to lunch. Do whatever you have to do. Make sure you have a notebook with you everywhere you go. Write EVERYTHING down. Advertise

There are probably a dozen reasons why having e-fax is extremely beneficial to your business. Today's technology calls for a mobile office and being able to send or receive a fax is definitely a must. However, today's number one reason that you MUST HAVE e-fax is simple: So that when you go on vacation, you don't miss a beat! Ahhhhhh! Do you love this business? Are you at the office right now because you are excited about the opportunities that are at your feet today? I don't quite understand why, but it seems time and time again I hear the agents I work with complaining: "it wasn't worth my time", "I am only getting $300.00", "What for???", "Why should I do this?", "These people are time consuming." The list goes on and I could easily include 100+ other excuses or comments about how they are unhappy or how they only want to sell $1,000,000+ property. What I am about to say
