What do Craigslist, Zillow, Backpage, and Point2 have to do with you? Nothing. Nothing at all. If you are just now signing up for these, then you are behind the curve. If you haven't signed up at all, then you probably didn't know a curve existed.
I want to share a few "firsty's"??? with you as inspiration that its worth giving things a shot:

#1. Craigslist: Absolutely one of the top websites to make sure you are advertising your properties here. Even if the site has become diluted over the past two years; free is free.
#2.  Kijiji: When traveling the free road we don’t complain about where our properties go. Get on there and get going.
#3.  Realbird: They have a lot of great ideas in place. This is definitely somewhere you need to be.
#4.  vFlyer: Flyer hosting, email campaigns, you name it. They have something for everyone.
#5.  Postlets: Create your flyer. Syndicate it. See results.

craigslist: Is there anything better than Craigslist? - 09/21/07 02:13 PM
So the time has finally come; the question must be asked....
IS THERE ANYTHING BETTER THAN CRAIGSLIST? 
Over the past 6 months Craigslist has transformed into a top ten site in the country. However, as an agent I do not find it nearly effective as it used to be. So, I am curious... is there anything out there that is more effective or has the potential to be better than Craigslist?
Also, if you feel that Craigslist is by far the best site out there... please share why!!!
